Crump Insurance Services is part of Crump Group, the nation’s largest insurance wholesaler. On July 1, 2008, Crump Insurance Services was consolidated with BISYS Commercial Insurance Services (including Tri-City Brokerage) to form an expanded property and casualty division.


In 2005, Crump was purchased by private equity firm J.C. Flowers & Co, LLC. In 2007, J.C. Flowers & Co, LLC. purchased the Insurance and Retirement Divisions of the BISYS Group and combined the Crump and BISYS entities to make up Crump Group.


Crump provides immediate access to more than 100 leading domestic and international markets. Crump’s product expertise includes open brokerage, MGA facilities and numerous specialty programs. There are 27 office locations in the U.S. and Bermuda.
